“COMPLETED” BUCK SPRINGS ALLOTMENT WORK PROJECT
The next time an anti-hunter is chastising you, ask them what they have done for Arizona’s wildlife lately. These volunteer projects benefit all of the wildlife in an area, and not just game animals. These types of projects go on, all of the time ~Desert Rat
“COMPLETED” BUCK SPRINGS ALLOTMENT WORK PROJECT
This was a great project. The Arizona Elk Society combined their work project with the Arizona Game and Fish Conservation Workshop and the Commissioners Conservation Committee for a fantastic turnout of about 180 volunteers on Saturday. Between the Arizona Elk Society volunteers and others from many wildlife and environmental groups along the Arizona Game and Fish we were able to remove 9 miles of unneeded fences from the woods. This was a great project that shows what can be done when volunteers from many groups work to accomplish a goal.
