First Option A No Option
I rarely deviate from hunting and fishing topics, and it is certainly not my intention to slag a company for no reason. That being said, my wife and I have been considering re-financing our home. We heard an ad on the radio for First Option Lending, and my wife initiated what was a pretty extensive e-mail dialogue with the branch president. Long story short, (we were not denied for a loan), we were not happy with our experience which included a wasted trip to North Scottsdale.
I’m sure they have lots of happy customers, but our experience was bad enough that I felt compelled to say something. If you are considering them as your mortgage company, proceed with caution.
