		<description>I have been following this story on several message boards. I thought I should clarify/add a couple of points.

1.What this gentleman did was within the bounds of New Mexico law.

2.An argument can be made that he was defending his livelihood.

3.He claimed that he did try to work things out with Game and Fish.

4. My main issue is how he went about it. Could he not have used a rifle? Could he not have saved the meat and donated it? Did he have to shoot that many in one incident, to get the attention of Game and Fish?</description>
